What you will be doing:

The Solutions Architect will support the program manager in managing the contractor's efforts. Additionally, this individual should have experience in the Rational Unified Process and developing applications using IBM's Rational toolset and have extensive in End User interface and business process analysis (BPA).

What you need for this position:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. MS preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience.

Candidates must have specific AHRQ applications background, including experience with any of the following:

* Agency Research Reporting System (ARRS)
* Electronic Preventive Services Selector (ePSS)
* AHRQ Publications Clearinghouse (PBCH)
* AHRQ Intranet Portal

Operations & Maintenance
* Correspondence Tracking System (CTS)
* Funding Decision Support System (FDSS)
* Publications Clearinghouse (PBCH)
* Making AHRQ Great (MAG)
* AHRQ Quality Indicators Survey (AQI)
* AHRQ Partnerships (AP)
* AHRQ Project Research Online Database (PROD)

Mandatory Requirements
* All candidates must reside in the Washington, DC metro area, no exceptions.
* All candidates must be eligible to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC) security clearance - US citizenship required.
