Position Description:..
The SSAs Division of Validation and Testing Technologies initiatives include maintenance of the Validation Database VDB system, redesign and transformation of the VDB into a centralized test data management system, and securing Personally Identifiable Information PII by protecting and sanitizing additional data elements such as name, date of birth, financial account information, and address.
 
A senior team member is needed to support various activities of the team including Mainframe legacy production, requirements analysis, architecture, data modeling, use case preparation, design, and documentation.  
To successfully staff for these initiatives, contractors must possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience.

 Data-Modeling of large-scale/enterprise-wide databases.
 Communicating with upper level management and senior technicians, both orally and in writing.
 Performing in-depth systems analysis for large-scale / enterprise-wide systems using a structured approach.
 
Preferred Skills/Experience In:..
SSAs programmatic systems.
COBOL.
Creating/Using Data warehouses.
Use-case modeling / requirements analysis.
Designing and architecting systems.
Integrating Mainframe and Web-based interfaces.
