Hospital Case Manager - Registered Nurse - RN

If you are a an RN with Case Management experience, please read on!

What you need:

- 1+ years Clinical experience (Case Management and Managed Care)
- Active nursing license in Nevada
- Bachelors Degree from accredited Nursing school.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

You will be responsible for working with participants in the acute hospital and lower lever of care settings to help guide them through the continuum of care.
