Description The Mergis Group is recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant to complete a long term contract assignment. Duties:
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Requirements:
Applicants must have previous experience supporting an executive
Experience supporting an executive within the retail industry strongly preferred
Undergraduate Degree in Business or related field
Advanced computer skills required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
Strong organizational skills
Excellent time management skills, demonstrated sense of urgency |
