Solves typical engineering problems within assigned discipline while providing technical assistance to engineering staff and contributes to completion of project milestones.

Responsibilities

1.Perform Electrical Engineering tasks associated with the design and integration of Electrical Systems.
2.Analyzes results and performs design reviews.
3.Develops and maintains electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs.
4.Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies.
5.Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
6.Develops basic statements of work.
7.Participates in technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
8.Analyzes functional and physical input to assure development of complete integrated design.
9.Integrates technical, cost, value, and safety consideration into the product definition to comply with customer, regulatory, and company requirements; documents results in drawings, data sets, reports, specifications, and supporting data.
10.Interfaces with member of project or program teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement engineering solutions to meet group, organization, and company objectives.
11.Works under general direction.

Requirements     
Knowledge of Computer Aided Design Tools.
Knowledge of Wiring Integrated Design and Install design.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years related engineering experience with Bachelors.
Bachelors degree in engineering, a related curriculum, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as engineering drawings and prints, service bulletins, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
